Shipping & Returns

International Shipping

Currently our website will only calculate shipping to the Europe, – If you are outside of the EU/UK then please get in touch and I will get you a quote – we can ship worldwide! email us: info@hitchandarrow.com

EU lovelies… firstly, sorry… Brexit. I hate the situation as much as all of you must, but we have to deal with it and we’re all still learning… For our lovely EU customers – dispatch times will match that of domestic shipping below. Orders will be sent out via DPD Economy Service (3+ days, tracking available etc.). Please be aware that you, as the buyer, will be responsible for researching any customs charges that you will have to pay once the order reaches the country of destination, and there may be delays due to customs checks etc… Again, I apologies for our country’s behaviour… I only hope things will get easier soon. x

 

 Domestic Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders under 2kg will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class by default. Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier.

Please allow extra time for shipping due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We still aim to dispatch your items within the quoted time frame but carriers may experience delays out of our control.

We are currently only offering shipping to the UK, This will change in the near future, and we will be back offering worldwide shipping soon – an update will be sent out to our customers once this is available.

 

Local Pick up

 

If you happen to live locally to Sheffield, Yorkshire, we offer a local click and collect service. Please contact us using the web form if you would like to collect your purchase in person.

 

Returns

 

We can accept returns for any unused products, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and the item is returned to us within 14 days. Buyer will have to cover return postage, and full refund will be given (excluding shipping) within 14 days of us receiving the product back.

Where do our products come from?

 

All our current stock is manufactured in Turkey. Our rope is 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton. This is a certification to make sure no chemicals are used in the processing. Since you will be using the materials with your hands this is really important to us.

 

I purchased two products of the same colour, but they are not an exact match?

 

We do our best to accurately display the correct colours on our photography. The product photography on this page has been taken professionally and is unfiltered to try and give you the best idea possible of the shade of colour. Due to differences in screen settings while shopping on your computer or phone, you may find that there is a slight difference in the colour.

 

Due to the nature of the dying process, there may be a very slight difference in colour between dye batches. We try our best to match products when being sent out, but it you are working on a big project it may be worth buying enough to cover the whole project in one batch so that we can try match dye batches in your order.
