Shipping & Returns Policy

Domestic Shipping

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of purchase. Orders under 2kg will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class by default, Royal Mail quote 2-3 business days for delivery. Orders over 2kg will be sent via courier service, this is usually DPD but may differ depending on where you live. You should receive an email from the courier service we use once we have booked shipping, including your tracking information.

Local Pick up

If you happen to live locally to Sheffield, Yorkshire, we offer a local click and collect service. Please select local collection at the checkout & email us to arrange a convinient time for you to collect your order.

 

 International Shipping

 

All of our international sales and shipping are through our Etsy store (https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/HitchandArrow) – This is due to Etsy’s platform being able to collect the various different taxes/duties payable for international shipping. If there is anything that is listed on our website and not on Etsy store, please get in touch and we can create a listing for you. Likewise if you are wanting to order multiple items, get in touch and we can combine them into one listing with an accurate (cheaper) shipping quote.

 

Returns & Refunds

 

We will happily accept returns for any unused products, so long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and the item is returned to us within 14 days of the date you first contacted us regarding the return.

Please contact us via email (info@hitchandarrow.com) to initiate a return, please include your order number from your order confirmation email in the subject line.

Buyer will have to cover return postage, and full refund will be given (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of us receiving the product back.
